Alaplana ventilated façade systems are a lightweight external cladding system which offer a number of advantages over traditional systems. It is an in-house system exclusively for use with porcelain stoneware tiles.
Ventilated façades cover the building like a skin, protecting it by means of the air cavity that acts as thermal and acoustic insulation, providing considerable savings on heating bills.
This skin is fixed to the building by means of an aluminium sub-structure anchored to the load-bearing wall, and on which are hung the ceramic slabs.
Service
REALSTONE offers its customers a "key-in-hand" ventilated façade with its tiles, comprising:
- Technical study of the project following specifications.
- Presentation of construction and finish alternatives.
- Cutting of materials used.
- Supply of required attachment material.
- Supply of selected REALSTONE tiles.
- Installation of the entire system by qualified, experienced assembly staff and with the necessary auxiliary equipment.
- Control and handover of works.
