Fitting guide

The assembly system for REALSTONE ventilated façades is very straightforward.

It comprises vertical aluminium bar sections which are attached to the wall of the building using special corbels, the function of which is to transmit the loads generated in the metallic sub-structure to the structure of the building. The bar sections are machined to facilitate, by means of a special screw system, the placement of the clips that retain the ceramic slabs.

In busy transit areas, the vertical bar section system is reinforced with secondary horizontal bar sections that retain the ceramic slabs, thus ensuring greater impact strength.

Colocación

The JAMASTONE system has two hooking options:

Invisible hooking: the ceramic slabs, with machined apexes, are attached to the vertical bars by clips on the reverse side of the slab.

Visible hooking: the ceramic slabs are attached to the vertical posts by clips that are visible as they remain outside the cladding slabs. In this case the slab is not machined.

In both cases, the ceramic slab is backed with fibreglass mesh to prevent sections falling off should the slab break.
